I like the facts that she is thorough, ensuring all the documents and processes are done properly according to the government regulation. She researches the relevant markets and gives me a reasonable expectation of the market values. She is fast and diligent in putting the houses on the market and showing. She communicates well and let me know immediately when things are happening (or sometimes not). She is patient as I am very insistent on my expectation. So, every time, I feel good after the business is done (even if the price is not always as good as I want!).
